Our products are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use. This site is intended for persons aged 18 or over and for qualified or authorised purchasers only.

• Account & identity: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Orders & delivery: shipping address, order history, and the items you purchase.
• Payments: payments are processed by third-party providers (including cryptocurrency settlement and Indonesian payment gateways). We do not store full card or wallet credentials on our servers.
• Communications: the content of messages you send us via WhatsApp, the contact form, or email, including your WhatsApp number.
• Technical: essential cookies for sign-in, your cart, and the age gate. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies.

We use your personal data to:

• process, fulfil, and deliver your orders;
• provide customer support, including over WhatsApp;
• manage your account and any protocols you purchase;
• prevent fraud and keep the service secure;

We operate from Indonesia and may fulfil orders internationally. Where your data is transferred across borders, we take reasonable steps to protect it consistent with applicable law.
